Heating:About 8 hours,in this period, tyres are pyrolysised to oil gas first, then condensered into tyre oil.
Cooling time:8-10 hours .until temperature getting 100 centigrade.
Carbon black discharging :2-3 hours.
Wire pulling:1 hours.
One batch is 24 hours each circle.
