The semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis process includes:
1. The feeding system developed by our company is used to complete the feeding process, and the high temperature ball valve is closed, so that the whole pyrolysis process is carried out in a closed environment.
2. Slowly heat the reaction kettle of the oil refining equipment, first steam out the water in the oil sludge, then continue to raise the temperature of the equipment, vaporize the oil and gas components to produce gasoline oil.
3. After the vapor oil is cooled by the horizontal condensing system of the equipment, the vapor oil and gas will liquefy and become liquid oil.
4. After all the oil and gas components in the sludge have been cracked, turn off the power and turn on the blower to cool the equipment. Our semi-continuous cracking equipment has the effect of high-temperature slag, the equipment only needs to be cooled below 200 °C, can start to discharge slag, safe and efficient, greatly shorten the production cycle.
