Lefilter Waste plastic Pyrolysis plant was operated successfully in Russia  

Waste plastic pyrolysis plant was dispatched to Russia on January 28th and they received China Spring Festival Holiday.
They received on arround February 25 th. 
And after check all the pyrolysis plant parts are fine, they began to learn how to operate it.
We provided video guide for his project and he also can see the introduction for the pyrolysis plant. 
Following is the operation process :
1. First loading the plastic within 1 hours by hydraulic feeding machine. \
2.Heating the reactor by oil burner for 2 hours ,then heat by the generated flammable gas . Whole heating process is about 8hours.
3.Plastic to oil gas ,then oil gas condensered to fuel oil and stored into the oil tank . 
4.Cooling down the reactor for 6 hours .
4.Then discharge the carbon black in front door when temperature under 100 C.

This is the whole process  for pyrolysis plant operation.
Russian clients are satisfied with our pyrolysis plants. And they 'll order 2 plants more in May .
