Precautions for maintenance of tire oil refining equipment
1. In the production process, the rollers around the main furnace should be filled with high temperature lubricant (lithium-based lubricant with high temperature resistance of 320℃) frequently, and the filling frequency is about 3-5 days. When replacing the rotating supporting roller, use a jack to raise the rotating body by 10-15mm, and then replace it. Pay attention to the distance between the furnace shell and the main furnace during operation, and pay attention. When replacing the rotating supporting roller in the direction of the oil and gas port, pay attention to the reducer. If it is driven by internal gears, remove the reducer before replacing it.
2. Add lubricating oil to the reducer in time and check whether the gear meshing of the reducer is normal.
3. The outlet seal adopts 32*32mm high temperature and pressure resistant graphite packing. If a small amount of gas is emitted during the production process, the pressure plate bolt can be tightened. If it needs to be replaced, it should be replaced after production.
4. During the production process, the wall of the main furnace will coke. If the thickness exceeds 5 mm, it should be cleaned in time. Otherwise, once the insulation layer is formed, it will affect the heating speed, damage the furnace body, and reduce the oil yield.
5. Be sure to pay attention to the explosion-proof aluminum plate, if there is any problem, please replace it. There is a valve outside the explosion-proof device. If the aluminum plate is damaged and leaks during the production process, the valve should be closed immediately and the explosion-proof aluminum plate should be replaced at the end of the production. Special attention should be paid: in the production process, the valve is open.1.
