Technological Process
Tyre transported to reactor by conveyor to pyrolyze.
Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
Steel wire pulled out by winch,compressed into pieces,and do steel scrap process.
Flammable gas enter into waste gas tank and processed. Then extracted by vacuum pump, enter into water sealed tank and send to hot air furnace to burn.

Technological Process

Products Process
Process technology of pyrolysis plant :
We have hydraulic feeding system for filling tire to the reactor .The waste tire burned to 180°C, pyrolysis oil coming out ,for about 2 hours ,waste gas come out and can use flammable gas to burn the reactor. When temperature raise to 350°C, the oil comes out heavily like a harvest Autumn. Burning going on for 8-10 hours, starts cooling the reactor.
Oil gas moves to Oil gas separator to separator heavy oil from oil gas as first filter.
And then move to the damping tank, it's use to separate carbon black to avoid it's flow into the tube in condenser to avoid the tube block .
Box condenser is the main part of the whole pyrolysis process. It affects the oil yield of waste tire. We're proud of this condenser. Because it has good performance and easy to fix. It's our strength comparing to other manufacturers. 1.It has large cooling area in 5.7x2.7x1.5 meters. 2. And the tube is bonder than tubes in condenser tank. Their tubes are 20mm big and ours keeps for 133mm big. Their tubes used for a short time ,tubes are easily blocked and hard to clean. 3.What's more the tube is connected one by one by flange, whole tube has 180 meters long, oil gas has long time traveling in tube and can have a better cooling effect.Then oil gas turns into oil and stock into oil tank. After cooling ,some flammable gas moves into water seal to make gas clean and water seal is important part to keep safe operation in the process.
Coming out from water seal, the flammable gas is used to burn to make the tire pyrolysis fast and fast. Cooling time for reactor will be 6 hours around.

Features and Strength
