Product Description
The waste tire pyrolysis equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black, steel wire and flammable gas, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of refining equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lefilter Shangqiu Branch is a professional and technical production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick. The cooling effect of the box cooler during the operation of the equipment can reach 180m, and the oil yield can reach 40% - 45%.
(1). feeding the raw materials by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and whole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 80 tons push power, the process is easy to operate and convenient. Thus can achieve continuous producing.
(2). the whole tyre and plastics will be heating in the pyrolysis processing. The materials of reactor is Q345R boiler steel, thickness 16mm, which has the features of high pressure resistant , can bear 20-25Pa pressure.
(3).output products yield: you will get 45% fuel oil,35% carbon black, 15% steel wire and 10% flammable gas.( The price of fuel oil and steel wire in our country is 2500-2700 RMB/ton and carbon black is 300-400 RMB/ton )
1.At present, the pyrolysis plant is divided into three types: batch type, semicontinuous,and continuous type:
1).Batch Type Pyrolysis Machine:

Whole tyre feed,no need to break, which reduces cost.

Technological Process
Tyre transported to reactor by conveyor to pyrolyze.
Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
Steel wire pulled out by winch,compressed into pieces,and do steel scrap process.

Technological Process
Broken tyre transported to feeder firstly by conveyor, then to reactor.
Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.

3).Fully Continuous Type Pyrolysis Plant:

Internal screw rotatory pyrolysis. No coking.
Hot melt processing in advance, process generated HCL specially, more environmental protection.
Adopt multilevel cooling design, to get more fuel oil.
Hot air heat, cooperated with low temperature pyrolysis catalyst, extend working life of plant.
Enclosed production all the way, no leakage and no dust loss, environmental protection.
Exhaust gas multistage processed, gas discharge reach European Standard level.
Technological Process
Waste tyre and medical waste sent into fuel preheater by conveyor to melt. Process generated HCL specially.
Melted fuel continuously sent into reactor, and finish pyrolysis under low pressured catalyst.
After generated gas during pyrolysis separates in gas-liquid separator, liquify in condenser and get fuel oil. After fixed bed second catalyst and dewaxing , can get the fuel oil with high quality.
Carbon residue after pyrolysis output continuously by cooling conveyor, and made to be carbon rod as fuel.
Flammable gas goes into exhaust gas treatment tank to desulfur, then extracted by vacuum pump and enter into water sealed tank, sent to hot air stove to burn.

Optional parts:The feeding systems:hydraulic feeding systems, which can use for two reactors' loading materials. 2 men can load the material easily and fill in the reactor within 2 hours. While Manual feeding systems need 4 men load the materials and costs 3-4 hours. Comparing to Manually loading,It's save labors and save loading time.Further more,after one batch ,hydraulic feeding systems can load the materials directly to the reactor ,rather than cooling long time to 30C for loading manually.Save more time each batch.

smoke produced by heating reactor will go to dedust system, after dedust system treatment , smoke change to white clean waster steam ,then go to sky through chimney.
