Product Description
Lefilter waste tyre pyrolysis plant uses pyrolysis processing technology to decompose macromolecules into smaller molecules when high temperature.
At present, the pyrolysis plant is divided into three types: batch type, semi-continuous, and continuous type.

Batch Type Pyrolysis Machine:
Performance Feature
Whole tyre feed,no need to break, which reduces cost.
Adopt multilevel cooling circulation to get more fuel oil.
Discharge process through pulse dust removal processing,no dust emissions.
Easy operation,high efficiency and 2-3 people to operate.
Plant adopts fully automatic submerged arc welding process,through x-ray detection, to improve the security of plant.
Technological Process
Tyre transported to reactor by conveyor to pyrolyze.
Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
Steel wire pulled out by winch,compressed into pieces,and do steel scrap process.
Flammable gas enter into waste gas tank and processed. Then extracted by vacuum pump, enter into water sealed tank and send to hot air furnace to burn.
Semi ContinuousType Pyrolysis Plant:

Integral design, no need to precast foundation, quick and easy installation.
Airtight high temperature material feed, saving heating time and reduce the temperature loss.

Technological Process
1.Broken tyre transported to feeder firstly by conveyor, then to reactor.
2. Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
3. Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
4. Shatter carbon black, to get industrial carbon black after deeply processing. Steel wire compressed into a piece of scrap processing.
5. Flammable gas enter into waste gas process tank to desulfur. Then extracted by vacuum pump, enter into water sealed tank and send to hot air furnace to burn.
Fully Continuous Type Pyrolysis Plant:
Performance Feature
Internal screw rotatory pyrolysis. No coking.
Hot melt processing in advance, process generated HCL specially, more environmental protection.
Adopt multilevel cooling design, to get more fuel oil.
Hot air heat, cooperated with low temperature pyrolysis catalyst, extend working life of plant.
Enclosed production all the way, no leakage and no dust loss, environmental protection.
Exhaust gas multistage processed, gas discharge reach European Standard level.
Technological Process
Waste tyre and medical waste sent into fuel preheater by conveyor to melt. Process generated HCL specially.
Melted fuel continuously sent into reactor, and finish pyrolysis under low pressured catalyst.
After generated gas during pyrolysis separates in gas-liquid separator, liquify in condenser and get fuel oil. After fixed bed second catalyst and dewaxing , can get the fuel oil with high quality.
Carbon residue after pyrolysis output continuously by cooling conveyor, and made to be carbon rod as fuel.
Flammable gas goes into exhaust gas treatment tank to desulfur, then extracted by vacuum pump and enter into water sealed tank, sent to hot air stove to burn.
Product Output Rate:
1. Fuel Oil: 40-45%
2. Carbon black: 35-40%
3. Steel wire: 15-20%
4. Flammable gas: 5-10%
Product Output Uses:
1. Fuel Oil:
1).Heating material:sell to cement factory, glass factory, ceramic factory, electric power factory, steel making factory, boiler factory, etc.
2).Used for heavy oil generator for electricity generation.
3).Deep process it into diesel oil then can be used in cars,trucks, tractors, etc.
2. Carbon black:
1).Make it into pellet or briquette as heating material.
2). Make it into N220, N330, N550 or N660 which is widely used in tire making industry.
3). Make it into plastic grains then sold to plastic industry.
3. Steel wire:
1). Sell it to iron and steel factory directly.
2).Sell it to steel distributors.
4. Flammable gas:
1). Recycled into furnace to heat reactor instead of coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2).Store it then supply the pyrolysis equipment heating,it's recycling.

Pyrolysis plants,one 40'FR is for the reactor,and the other 40'FR for the horizontal cooling condenser, 40'HQ containers is to load oil tank,dedust device and other spare parts.The reacor is about 7500m *3200mm*3200mm. It is doable to take 40FR. It is over width and over height. The horizontal cooling condenser is 6000mm*3000mm*1800mm,have good performance for cooling oil gas.It's proper for using 40'FR.We also can design vertical cooling condensor for you,pack in 40'HQ,it's according to your request.
